Elina Marrow works across group process, arts-based facilitation, contemplative practice, live sound environments and applied reflective learning. Before starting Northlight Collective she was involved in internal culture projects, creative leadership labs and independent facilitation work for learning teams, founders, senior managers and cross-functional groups.
Her style is structured but not rigid. There is enough framing to keep a group safe and purposeful, but enough spaciousness for people to notice, think and engage in a more human way.
Elina often works with organisations navigating fatigue, change, communication friction, creative stagnation or leadership overload. The work can be indoors or outdoors, in boardrooms, studios, retreat houses, hotels, galleries and quieter offsite environments.
